The Medal of Honor is the Nation's highest award for valor. There were 26 Medal of Honor recipients from the 1st Cavalry Division during the Vietnam War, more then any other unit. The names of the recipients are listed below and by clicking on the name will bring up the citation information. * indicates the Medal was given posthumous.
